Project Overview

This project involved the design and construction of the House of Grace Fashion House, strategically located opposite Big Treat Eatery at Omole Junction, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos. The facility was developed to serve as a dedicated fashion production, showroom, and administrative space.

Our engagement covered architectural design, structural construction, and the coordination of all building services to deliver a functional and visually appealing commercial building tailored to the client’s operational needs.

Challenges

• Urban Location: Managing construction activities within a busy commercial corridor.
• Functional Planning: Designing spaces that efficiently supported production, display, and office functions.
• Schedule Control: Completing the project within the agreed timeline to enable early business operations.

Outcome

The project was successfully completed in 2010 and delivered as a purpose-built fashion house that enhanced the client’s operational efficiency and brand presence. The building continues to function as a recognizable commercial facility within the Omole–Agidingbi axis.
